2010
Connie King moved into eighth place all–time on CSUB’s 400 meter hurdle list with a 1:04.62 at the JJK/RJ Invitational (4–10–10)...won the 400 meter hurdles (1:04.94) in the season–finale Fresno State Dual (5–1–10)...ran the program’s 18th fastest 800 (2:20.27) all–time at the Tommie Lister Invitational (4–24–10).
2009
King competed in the 400m hurdles and the 800m for the ‘Runners in 2009...also ran on the 4x400 meter relay team...ran a personal best of 2:21.31 in the 800m at the Northridge Invitational...fastest 400m hurdle time was 1:06.57 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2008
King was CSUB’s top 800m runner, recording a season best 2:21.80 at the Steve Scott Invite...also ran a 27.71 in the 200m, 1:01.11 in the 400m and 5:16.78 in the 1,500m.
2007
King ran a season best 66.53 in the 400m hurdles.
Ridgeview HS
King holds the school record in the 300 meter hurdles at Ridgeview High School...was an All-Southwest Yosemite League selection ...also earned the Wolfpack’s most improved and most valuable awards.
Personal
King is a liberal studies major at CSUB...concentrating in child development...after graduating, plans to teach first grade and possibly coach track at an elementary school.
