2015-16 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in nine different events…Won 1000 free at GCU dual, but posted season-best time (9:47.14) at UCSD/LMU tri meet…Finished 17th in finals of 1650 free at WAC Championships with season-best time (16:38.32)…Swam season-best 500 free time (4:36.82) in WAC prelims, finished 17th in finals…Swam season-best 1:53.85 in prelims of 200 fly at WAC meet, finished 16th in finals…Posted season-best 1:43.38 in 200 free in WAC prelims…Swam 100 free (49.16) at Malibu Invite.

2014-15 (FRESHMAN): Focused primarily on distance freestyle races but also competed in the 200 and 400 individual medley…Recorded personal best time (4:34.07) in 17th-place finish in final of 500 free at WAC Championships…Finished second or third in each distance free race of dual meets…Won 200 IM against UC Santa Cruz with time of 2:01.41…Posted personal best time of 2:01.00 in 200 IM twice…Finished 19th in 400 IM at A3 Performance Invite with personal best (4:13.10)…Finished 12th at WAC meet with time of 16:01.39 in 1650 free.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Rancho Cucamonga High School...Coach was Jeff Jenson...Was a three-time Team MVP honoree and was awarded 1st Team All-Area in his junior year…Broke the school 500 free record as a freshman…Was a member of relay teams that qualified for CIF in each of his four years…Also played badminton for the Cougars.

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 28, 1996...Son of Alfonso and Luz Fascio... A biology major working on a minor in biotechnology…Hopes to become a doctor after his time at CSUB.
