2018 Track (SENIOR): Competed in four meets with the Roadrunner track & field team...posted season-best in hammer (162-05) at WAC Outdoor Championships...earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

2017 Track (JUNIOR): Raised hammer throw personal best five different times…new hammer PR came at WAC Outdoors to finish fifth, earning Second Team All-Conference honors…hammer mark of 165-07 ranks seventh all-time in CSUB history…posted season-best discus throw (128-05) at Pomona-Pitzer Invite.
 
2016 Track (SOPHOMORE): Posted CSUB’s best marks of the season in discus, hammer throw, and weight throw…reset personal best in hammer to 145-05 at Pomona-Pitzer Invite, CSUB’s 13th-best all-time distance…new PR in weight throw (43-05.00) came at NAU Invite…raised PR in discus to 131-00 at Fresno State…new PR of 88-07 in javelin came at Fresno State.
 
2015 Track (FRESHMAN): Competed in the discus and hammer throw in several meets for the ‘Runners…posted personal-best in hammer at Pomona-Pitzer Invite with throw of 138-05, 13th all-time and best program throw since 2008.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Rio Mesa High School...coach was Bret Phillips...was a thrower for the Spartans in the Pacific View League…also played basketball for RMHS. PERSONAL: Born Nov. 23, 1996...daughter of Garrick and Vulnavia Sherrod...graduated May 2018 with a PEAK degree.
