2011 (FRESHMAN): Added depth to the bullpen for the Roadrunners by pitching 12.2 innings in eight appearances and gave up 20 earned runs and 23 hits for an ERA of 11.05...hurled eight strikeouts while walking 18...pitched a season-high four innings against St. Mary's on April 22 and tossed three strikeouts...had one at bat offensively on the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year varsity starter and a three-time All-Empire League honoree for the Centurions...selected to the North/South Orange County and Lemmon Foundation All-Star teams as a senior...threw two no-hitters as a senior...led Cypress to a CIF Southern Section Division I Tournament appearance as a junior in 2009...threw a pair of no-hitters that season, including a perfect game against league rival Katella...earned ESPN California State Star of the Week recognition for that effort...was a member of the 2009 adidas Futures Top 100 list...as a freshman, she helped the Centurions advance to the CIF Southern Section Division II semifinals...helped her American Athletics travel ball team reach the ASA U16 Nationals in 2008.

PERSONAL: Born on Sept. 3, 1992...Majoring in kinesiology at CSUB...career goals are to teach high school English and coach softball...was a member of the Empire League All-Academic team and the Cypress High honor roll...won first place in the 2008 Kiwanas Club writing competition...has served as a volunteer for West Garden Grove Girl's Softball and the Best Buddies program (mentoring special education/mentally challenged teens)...answers to the nickname Missa.
