Biography
2012-13 (FRESHMAN): Won the 200 back during the Fresno Pacific dual...recorded season best times in the 100 back (:51.58), 200 back (1:54.74), and the 500 free (4:45.91) during the preliminaries of the MPSF Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Grant High School...coach was mother Laura Tyrrell...holds school record in the 100 back and 200 free...earned an All-American honor in 2012 in the 100 back...helped Grant 200 medley relay team reset a state record in the event...team won state championship in 2010, finished second in 2011, and third in 2012.
PERSONAL: Born Apr. 5, 1994...son of Sean and Laura Tyrrell...a kinesiology major.
