Big West Fall All-Academic Release 
 
IRVINE, Calif. – The Big West announced its Fall 2024 Academic All-Conference selections on Thursday, recognizing 445 student-athletes who achieved at least a 3.00 GPA while competing in fifty percent of their team's contests. Twenty four Cal State Bakersfield student-athletes were honored by the conference for their accomplishments in competition and in the classroom.
 
In total, 224 CSUB student-athletes earned GPAs of 3.00 or better during the fall semester while 26 `Runners posted perfect 4.00s. Thirteen individual programs recorded 3.00-plus fall term GPAs with Women's Golf (3.57) and Women's Basketball (3.54) leading the way while Men's Soccer (3.34) paced the `Runner men.

This Fall marks the 20th-consecutive term CSUB Athletics has posted a 3.00 GPA or better. The Roadrunners posted a 3.21 department wide GPA last semester.
