BAKERSFIELD, Calif.—CSU Bakersfield beach volleyball coach Olivia Simko has announced the addition of Ashley Prater and Sarah Garrow to the 2017 Roadrunner roster.

Prater comes to CSUB from Glendale, Ariz.'s Mountain Ridge High School. Garrow is a native of Vancouver, Wash. where she graduated from Centrol Catholic High School. Garrow, and sophomore Kayla Tinker will be beach only players for the 'Runners, giving the program the most beach only players since the team was established in 2013.

"CSUB is very excited to welcome Ashley and Sarah to the Roadrunner program. The fact that they will be able to practice year round in the beach will give our program a boost of experience and stability."
