ELK GROVE, Calif.--Jin Park (R-Jr., Burbank, Calif., Glendale CC) turned in the lowest Bakersfield scores at the Sacramento State Invitational Monday at the Valley Hi Country Club Mar. 3-4

Park shot 77-78-76-231 to tie for 50th. Loyola Marymount's Lawrence Ree (212) was the individual winner.

Bakersfield shot 635 (319-316-309-944) and finished in 12th. Northern Colorado was the team champion.

"Our team never quit," said Bakersfield director of golf Greg Osbourne. "We gave a great effort, but our inexperience showed and at the end of the day, we were outclassed."

The Roadrunners travel to the Fresno State Lexus Classic next Monday and Tuesday in Fresno.
