ST. LOUIS ? Brandon Halsey (197 lbs.) closed out his collegiate career for the CSUB wrestling team with a 14-4 major decision over Cornell's Cam Simaz, claiming seventh place at the 2009 NCAA Division I National Championships at the Scottrade Center.
