(SOPHOMORE CROSS COUNTRY): Posted a time of 22:12.87 to place 57th at the Cal
State Northridge Invite in her best performance of the year out of the multiple
meets she ran in for CSUB.
2012 TRACK AND FIELD (FRESHMAN): Placed 39th in
the 1,500 (5:47.81) at the Steve Scott Invite…Took 79th in the 1,500
(5:50.33) at the Bryan Clay Invitational…Clocked a 6:00.05 to place 20th
in the 1,500 at the Cal Poly Invitational…In the indoor season, placed 10th
in the mile (6:52.55) at the NAU Invite, took seventh in the mile (6:41.42) at
the NAU Open and 15th in the mile at the Lumberjack Invite.
2011 CROSS COUNTRY (FRESHMAN): Made an impact for the Roadrunners by
running in four of seven meets in her first season at the collegiate level…Highest
finish of the season came in the first meet when she took 16th with
a 5K time of 25:29.55 at the Malibu Oceanside Open (Sept. 1)…Put up her
quickest time of the season when she clocked a 23:18 to take 182nd at
the Asics/UC Irvine 5K (Sept. 10)...Placed 22nd at the Roadrunner
Invitational (Sept. 24) with a time of 25:50.30.
2010 (HIGH SCHOOL): Graduated from South High School in Bakersfield after a strong cross country career for the Rebels.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 20, 1992...Daughter of Manuel Cuevas and Maria Bojorquez...plans on majoring in liberal studies with a concentration in art.
