Baseball Announces Summer Camp Schedule

Bakersfield – CSU Bakersfield baseball coach Jeremy Beard has announced a series of summer camps to be hosted at Hardt Field in the coming months. The Roadrunners will host a pair of youth camps, along with a pair of prospect camps during the 2022 off season, with camps and clinics open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age and grade levels.

"For the first time in a few years, we are able to welcome young baseball players back to the CSUB campus and Hardt Field for summer camps," Beard explained. "We are ecstatic to announce our initial youth and prospet camp dates, with more opportunities to be announced in the coming weeks."

Bakersfield will host youth camps on June 20-23 and July 11-14, with both camps open to children ages 6-12 and designed to introduce campers to the game of baseball, teach basic skills and include monitored game play.

Prospect clinics will be hosted on June 7^th and August 20^th. June's clinic will welcome 2022 high school graduates and junior college players interested in learning from a Division I staff and showcasing their abilities. August's camp will be open to high school graduates in the 2023-2026 classes.
